Internal Communication Intern

Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a subsidiary of 1C company – the leader of Russian and Eastern European business solutions market. To support our business growth, we are looking for an Internal Communication Intern to join our HR Department.

Job Description

• Support the planning and organization of internal events and employee engagement activities
• Assist in preparing event materials, including content ideas, decoration, and vendor coordination
• Support management and create content for internal communication channels (e.g., social media, newsletters) to strengthen employer branding 
• Take photos during internal events and activities to support communication materials
• Assist in basic design and simple visual editing
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

Qualifications

• 3rd-year or final-year students major in Communication, HR, Marketing, PR, Business,.. or other related fields
• Proactive in suggesting new ideas for internal campaigns, activities, and employee engagement initiatives
• Skills in using graphic design software, basic video clip editing (Canva, Capcut,…) are valued
• Passion for internal communication/HR/Branding
• Good information extraction, content writing skills
• Good English language skill
• Ability to cope with tight deadline and teamwork
