Junior Talent Acquisition
Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a subsidiary of 1C company – the leader of Russian and Eastern European business solutions market.To support our business growth, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition to join our HR Department.
Job Description:
- Proactively source candidates on professional platforms
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies for niche roles and ensure proper representation of 1C Vietnam in the talent market
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update recruitment data, provide reports on recruitment
- Cooperate with the People & Culture team to promote employer branding
- Other tasks as requested by HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in similar roles is required
- IT/Tech recruitment experience or Headhunting background is a plus
- Fluent Vietnamese with good English communication skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, proactive and result-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Good user of MS Office / Google Workspace
