Product Marketing Leader

Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a developer and distributor of software solutions for business automation in 1C:Enterprise platform. Job Description

• Manage outbound and inbound marketing activities for each solution
• Conduct market and customer research, track marketing metrics, and develop marketing plans for each solution
• Deploy and execute activities for each solution according to the annual plan
• Support the Marketing Manager in developing Go-to-market & growth strategies
• Collaborate with marketing performance team to monitor and optimize campaign performance, channels, and marketing automation to support revenue goals
• Manage and support other team members
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or other related fields (Must-have)
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience
• Hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and SEO projects
• Familiar with tools such as Ladipage, Ahreft, SEO tools, etc
• B2B marketing experience is required; background in ERP, MRP, accounting software, or other software companies is a plus
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize marketing performance
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skill
