Business Analyst - Product Training Development

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong skills in business analysis and the ability to develop engaging training content for our product. The ideal candidate has experience analyzing manufacturing and finance processes and is eager to grow in the training field. In this role, you will contribute to the design of product video courses, helping our audience understand and customize the product to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Business and Product Analysis: Analyze and understand manufacturing and finance processes and how our product supports these workflows. Use this knowledge to create realistic scenarios and guidance tailored to different audience groups.

·       Course Development: Design, develop, and deliver video training courses focused on our product solutions, including:

o   Product Deployment: Guidance on product implementation using flexible, no-code settings;

o   Product Customization: Provide instructions on customizing the product to meet specific customer requirements using simple configurations. Customizations may include preparing specialized reports or designing printed forms.

·       Content Creation: Develop engaging and clear training content on product features and customization options, ensuring it aligns with the needs of each target audience and can apply the product knowledge in real-world situations..

·       Continuous Knowledge Update: Keep training content up-to-date with any new features and updates to the product.

·       Internal Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as product development and customer support to ensure training content accurately reflects product features.

Qualifications:

  • Business Analysis: Ability to analyze manufacturing and finance processes to help customers apply the product effectively.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, particularly in manufacturing and finance.
  • Content Development Skills: Ability to create engaging, understandable training content that meets the needs of different audience groups.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think logically and analytically, with a focus on process improvement and effective training content delivery.
  • Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to new software products.
