If you want to switch to IT field, if you have experience in HR, our immediate opening position of HRM & DMS Implementation Specialist is the perfect chance for applying. The objective of this role is to support the development of HR software, deploy and support customer HR software, and Document Management software.

Job Description:

  • Support the R&D team in developing the HRM software product;
  • Test and propose the function of the software;
  • Document instructions, guidelines;
  • Update accounting and tax policies on HRM & Payroll software;
  • Deploy and support customers of HRM & Document Management software;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Human Resources and Payroll field;
  • Good knowledge of salary regulations according to Vietnamese laws;
  • Interested in researching human resources management;
  • Experience in using HR & Payroll software;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Upper Intermediate English/ Russian;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificates;

It will be a plus:

  • Have knowledge about KPI and calculating salary for a Manufacturing company;
  • Experience in implementing HR & Payroll software
