Partnership Leader

Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a developer and distributor of software solutions for business automation on 1C:Enterprise platform. There are over 5000 companies in Vietnam using 1C solutions in their everyday business operation. 1C Vietnam partnership network actively expanding through the major cities across the country.

To help expanding our business, we have and immediate opening for the position of Partnership Leader.   The objective of this role is to cooperate with our current team and generate new clients to expand our business in the country.

Job Description:

·              Develop strategic partnership & new business channels.

-           Identify strategic partnerships & drive for new partnership development.

-           Plan development strategies to enhance the relationship with existing Partners.

-           Achieve revenue targets from existing and new Partnership channels.

-           Negotiate, execute and monitor Partnership contract implementation and ensure that all commitments are fully delivered by both 1C Vietnam and its partners.

-           Organize partnership signing ceremonies and related PR activities together with marketing team.

-           Expand networks with new partners (according to each line of business, organizations, and associations…)

-           Deal with all partners to ensure the best financial scheme and increase brand coverage.

·              Coordination with Business performance department to involve the efficient implementation of partnership contracts.

·              Planning & organization

-           Drive the achievement of the Partnership Business Plan & Revenue target as assigned.

-           Coach, train and support related departments about new partnership and programs.

·              Report:

-           Evaluate partnership and campaign performances with statistical reports.

-           Timely complete other reports as required by line manager.

Requirements

·              At least 05 years of experience in partnership or business development role

·              Extendsive understanding of business operations

·              Experience and knowledge in IT field is a plus

·              Partnership network in IT industry is a plus

·              Profound knowledge in technology is a plus

·              Digital savvy, good analytical and administrative skills

·              Strong teamwork and cooperation spirit

·              University degree
