Announcing the Digital Transformation Solution Package to support SMEs on the business information portal

On May 15, 2025, in Hanoi, the Conference on Introducing the Solution Package to Support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Cooperatives, and Business Households in Digital Transformation on the Business Information Portal was successfully held. This important event was organized by the Department of Private Enterprise Development and Collective Economy (under the Ministry of Finance).

In the context of Resolutions 57-NQ/TW and 68-NQ/TW of the Government strongly promoting digital transformation and innovation nationwide, the announcement of the content framework of this conference is considered a positive signal for the private business community, especially SMEs.

The Department for Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development (Ministry of Finance) has officially cooperated with many leading digital technology enterprises to deploy comprehensive digital transformation solution packages on the business information portal. Through this, enterprises commit and promise to remove technological barriers that small and medium enterprises (SMEs), cooperatives (Cooperatives), and business households (HKD) are facing.

Despite contributing a significant part to the gross domestic product (GDP), the application of technology to the production and business activities of SMEs still faces many challenges in terms of costs, resources and knowledge. Understanding this, the Government has issued Resolutions 57-NQ/TW7 and 68-NQ/TW to create strong momentum for the digital transformation process and focus on developing the private economy. This is not only a strong political message, but also a clear affirmation of the role of the private economy in the national economy. This cooperation between the state and private enterprises is expected to be the "key" to realizing that goal.

A notable point is the active participation of digital technology enterprises, which have committed to providing special support packages on software and solutions at reasonable costs, creating the most favorable conditions for SMEs to access and apply technology in practice.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Director, Department of Private Enterprise Development and Collective Economy - said: "Digital transformation is no longer an inevitable trend but a mandatory condition for the current business community, including private enterprises and cooperatives. We are committed to putting all information about support solution packages on the official portal, creating a transparent and easy access channel for all businesses," he affirmed.

On the side of technology enterprises, representatives of many units expressed their willingness to support and accompany SMEs on the digital transformation journey, clearly recognizing their pioneering role in promoting the overall development of the economy.

"Digital transformation is no longer a destination, but a journey. Whether it is a large or small enterprise, we are always here, together creating the digital future.", Ms. Pham Hoai Anh, representative of 1C Vietnam, affirmed at the conference. This event, according to her, is an opportunity for technology solution enterprises like 1C Vietnam to get closer and support enterprises in comprehensive digitalization. As representatives of solution providers, we are committed to providing software suitable for each stage and separate digital transformation roadmap of enterprises. Accompanying enterprises on this journey most clearly reflects our mission over the past decade in the Vietnamese market.

Within the framework of the program, 1C Vietnam is coordinating with the Department to implement a special price support program, worth 6 billion VND, to create conditions for up to 300 enterprises, prioritizing the manufacturing sector, to access the multi-sector Comprehensive Management Solution (Mini-ERP).

The trend of digital transformation is taking place strongly around the world, and this timely cooperation is expected to help Vietnamese enterprises, especially SMEs, seize opportunities, improve competitiveness, product and service quality, thereby contributing more positively to the socio-economic development of the country. Pioneering enterprises in digital transformation are expected to become a spreading force, leading to stronger development of the business community in general.
