In order to promote future cooperation activities as well as increase opportunities for students to access new technology and jobs. On the afternoon of May 30, 2024, the University of Commerce (TMU) and 1C Vietnam, a provider of software solutions and technology services, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote long-term strategic cooperation between the two parties.
Under the participation and witness of senior leaders from the two units, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Nhuan, Vice President, University of Commerce and Mr. Georgy Manzhos, Director of Technology 1C Vietnam, officially signed the cooperation document.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Nhuan, said: "The signing of cooperation with 1C Vietnam will bring students of the school the opportunity to do internships, access and learn specialized knowledge. You will have the opportunity to experience working in a professional, dynamic and highly international environment. We also hope that today's start is the foundation for the cooperation between the school and the company to develop further, contributing to creating a professional educational environment."
Mr. Georgy Manzhos, shared: "We have many years of experience in developing, consulting and deploying software for businesses both in Vietnam and internationally. Therefore, here we sincerely thank the University for creating opportunities and conditions for 1C Vietnam to share these experiences with students. We hope that, together, we will build a promising future for the young generation of Vietnam".
Within the framework of the cooperation, 1C Vietnam commits to provide the lowcode platform 1C:Enterprise free of charge to serve the teaching process at the school, with the goal of helping students apply their knowledge to real work right after leaving school. At the same time, support TMU students in the process of career orientation and internship after graduation.
The MOU signing ceremony marks an important step in the commitment of the University of Commerce and 1C Vietnam in applying advanced technology to improve training quality and create a modern, practical learning environment for students.
