Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a developer and distributor of software solutions for business automation on 1C:Enterprise platform. There are over 5,000 companies in Vietnam using 1C solutions in their daily business operations. The 1C Vietnam partnership network is actively expanding across the country's major cities.

We have an intermediate opening for the position of 1C:DM (e-office software) Sales Leader. The objective of this role is to cooperate with our current Sales team and generate new clients to expand our business in the country.

Responsibilities:

• Find new clients, consult, and sell software products for clients;

• Manage Sales team members;

• Make a software demo/ presentation to customers;

• Build a partner channel by searching for new partnership opportunities;

• Contribute new ideas to business plans and customer care;

• Research the market and propose opinions to develop new functions for the software;

• Contribute to building product materials;

• Make proposals and reports to upper management;

• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management;

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a sales B2B or presales position;

• Knowledge of the company’s business operation, business processes between departments;

• Experience in a similar position in an IT company is a plus;

• Ability to cooperate successfully in a team as well as work independently;

• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills;

• Great presentation skills;

• Willing to learn and listen;

• Bachelor's degree from a university;
