Accounting Support Specialist

Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam is a developer and distributor of software solutions for business automation on the 1C:Enterprise platform. Over 5000 companies in Vietnam use 1C solutions in their everyday business operation. The 1C Vietnam partnership network is actively expanding across the country's major cities.

We have an intermediate opening for the Accounting Support Specialist position.  The objective of this role is to develop and support our accounting software for customers.

Job Description:

• Support the sales department in the sale of accounting software.
• Survey and analysis of customer requirements;
• Participate in the implementation of accounting projects;
• Test accounting software;
• Support customer;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management;

Qualifications:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in general accounting;
• Know current accounting regulations;
• Willing studying software;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• University degree (accounting or auditing);

Nice to have:

• Experience in a similar position in the IT field;
• Participated in the implementation of accounting software projects;
