Senior B2B Sales Executive
Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a developer and distributor of software solutions for business automation in 1C:Enterprise platform. There are over 5000 companies in Vietnam using 1C solutions in their everyday business operation. 1C Vietnam partnership network actively expanding through the major cities across the country.
To drive market expansion, 1C Vietnam is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for the 1C Digital Operations Suite - an integrated solution combining 1C:ERP and 1C:Document Management helping enterprises standardize management, digitize workflows, enhance cross-departmental coordination, and optimize multi-level approval processes.
Job Description
- Provide consulting on comprehensive solutions including ERP, digital workplace, workflow, approval digitization, document management, and cross-functional operations.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closing and implementation hand-over.
- Work closely with Pre-sales, Consultants, and the Partner team to develop go-to-market strategies and tailored implementation approaches for each client.
- Identify and develop new B2B customers across manufacturing, trading, retail, and service sectors.
- Participate in proposal development and phased implementation roadmap planning.
- Negotiate contracts, scope of work, payment milestones, acceptance criteria, and key commercial term.
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline coverage and deal plans on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise software, or digital transformations, including at least 2 years of B2B experience.
- Proven experience in consulting digital transformation solutions for mid-sized and large enterprises.
- Experience in selling ERP solutions or enterprise digitalization products is preferred.
- Strong consulting mindset with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, proposal defense, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in partner/channel development is a plus.
- Good understanding of business operations, including finance & accounting, sales, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, approval workflows, and document management
