Kickoff ceremony of the project to deploy the electronic office system 1C:Document Management
On November 13, 2025, 1C Vietnam and Interscan Global officially launched the digital transformation project in office work, deploying a comprehensive document management and workflow management system with the 1C:Document Management e-Office system.
The Kick-off ceremony was attended by Ms. Mai Thi Thanh - Director of Interscan Global in Vietnam and Ms. Bui Mai Anh - Senior Specialist of 1C Vietnam Business Division.
The project lays the foundation for Interscan Global to build a centralized electronic office system, standardizing data, documents and processes, towards a streamlined and scalable operating system.
The project focuses on solving three core problems in internal business operations:
1. Centralized management and storage of electronic documents
The volume of project files, documents, reports and contracts will be standardized and stored on 1C Vietnam's electronic office system. The data entry toolkit allows for quick file transfer, management of incoming and outgoing documents and internal documents, supporting accurate retrieval and reducing the risk of loss.
2. Establish a strict access authorization mechanism
Project documents and information require a high level of security. The 1C:Document Management electronic office system allows access rights to be assigned based on roles, departments, documents and security levels, ensuring absolute transparency and security in all operations.
3. Business process automation
Procurement, bidding, contract management and internal approval processes that require multiple steps and coordination between multiple departments will be digitized and automated on the electronic office system, flexibly branching according to the organizational chart, increasing the ability to manage work progress.
