For LLCs with 2 or more members, the Board of Directors appoints the positions of Director/General Director, Chief Accountant and Manager.
The General Director/Director of Joint Stock Companies and LLCs with two or more members shall appoint management positions, except for positions under the authority of the Board of Members and Board of Directors.
The President or the State Enterprise Council appoints the General Director and Director positions.
5. Who has the authority to decide on appointment?
